today i believe...

... that something about sunlight sparkling on the water can make you feel like a kid again.

... that a long, steady run clears the head like nothing else.

... that you can never underestimate the power of a handwritten note, a just-because phone call, or a thoughtful, out-of-the-blue text that brings up a hilarious, long-forgotten inside joke.

... that a Boy Meets World sequel would be really, really amazing (!!).

... that there's nothing quite like the friend who remembers every name and every tiny, random detail of every meaningless, probably-overdramatic story you've ever told.

... that uncovering old junior high photos is the best way to get a good laugh.

... that you can try and fail and then try some more, but at some point, eventually, a light turns on, the excuses end, and you just do what you need to do to make the change.

... and that, really, you can never say "I love you" enough.

two things:
1) BMW round 2 is absolutely the best idea ever.
2) running is the best form of therapy in the world. and exercise in general. i finally get to spin and do yoga again after breaking my foot and feel like myself again. i cannot wait to run in a month :)
