My lifelong best friend (literally, since age 1) is coming to visit this weekend!

Nobody feels like home quite like Heidi does to me. We grew up attached at the hip, so much so that our names eventually turend into one: "HeidiandLaura." She's part of all my best memories, every single one, and she's the kind of friend who can be anything that you need her to be. She can be sensitive when you need someone to listen, she can offer tough love when you need some hard-hitting answers, and she can make you laugh anytime, anywhere.
Yeah, this weekend is going to be pretty great.
