November 4, 2011

under sixty (and overjoyed.)

This was a week full of sunshine, picnic dinners, long walks, some city exploring, and lots of exciting wedding-ness! Today, though, marks the first time it's dipped below sixty degrees during the day (true story)--and I have to say that I'm actually really, really ready for the season to change.

For starters, who doesn't love sweater weather? And second of all, hot apple cider and Christmas music just didn't quite fit when I was still wearing shorts and drinking iced coffee.

Farewell, then, Indian Summer!...
(Cue the *NSYNC Home For Christmas album.)

Indina Summer is actually fine, though I admit I'd rather be wrapped in a blanket, drinking hot chocolate and listening to Christmas carols.
Have a lovely weekend!
P.S. The photographs are so beautiful.

Speaking of weddings, are you going to announce when your wedding day is? Or is that your little secret? :)

The coldest winter I've ever spent was a summer in San Francisco- Mark Twain
