today i believe...

... that it's perfectly okay to see the Starbucks holiday cups as the official start of the season.

... that regular days can become remarkable at the sight of a beautiful sunset.

... that full seasons of Boy Meets World on DVD are cause for celebration (and Christmas gifts!)

... that Kardashoween--yep, I said it--was equal parts ridiculous and wildly entertaining.

... that there really is nothing quite like a handmade card.

... that the phrase is true: You can't control how you feel, but you can control what you do.

... and that when you get right down to it, most of life's little problems can be solved rather simply--by treating yourself (and everyone else) well.

Mmm Starbucks. ♥
Boy Meets World, ...dang. I haven't watched that in forever. I think I just might put that on my Christmas list too.
Handmade cards are so cute, there's nothing like them. :)
Love the last one; it's very true.

Love these posts! :)

Absolutely, ms. laura. I may have even had a little note in my planner about Holiday Cup Day 2011. And I may have purchased the wedding season of BMW on sight the other day.

And I may be in love with the phrase 'Kardashoween.'

These are the times that I get frustrated that comments can't talk...the noise I just made was something like..."gaagha!"

Boy Meets World for the win.

I love your "Today I Believe" series! And I especially like the part about Christmas cups marking the beginning of the season. It's completely true.

@Hannah ElizabethShawn Hunter was my first love. If only you knew how many times I wrote "Laura Marie Hunter"/"LMH" in my notebooks... (Wish I was joking.)

"You can't control how you feel, but you can control what you do". Love that. That has to become my motto, because I always let my emotions get the better of me!
