a question for you:

Just out of curiosity: Are you a "less is more" kind of person?
Or do you believe in your heart of hearts that more is most definitely more? Why?

great question. i believe less is more. usually. sometimes, like when it comes to chocolate, more is obviously better:)

Depends... I believe in mesure, in actions more than words, if you know what I mean. Depens on the subject. Sometime you need more, no doubt, but sometimes..it just can do wrong...

Of course more is more ... and less is less!! So it depends which is better a less or a more ... and that what's better, the best actually, should be what's more!

oooh...it depends on the area of my life. In decorating....more is usually more for me. Haha. I'm not a very simplistic person. I love having prints and paintings and mug shelves lining the walls....When I was in high school this translated to having no free wall space. Seriously...I had themed walls..it was hysterical. But in my organizational life...less is more. I like having a clear work space and to be micro organized.

less is more. i believe there's an understated beauty to simplicity. it also allows us to focus on that which is most important to us, rather than being misled by more trivial things.

LESS IS MORE!!! I haven't always been that way but have quickly learned that less is definitely ALWAYS more. XO!

less is def more... just like actions are better then words... just because having more isnt always the answer and it might make you more unhappy to have more then working with a little

I'm definitely a less is more kind of girl. I like to keep to the basics most of the time-- find pleasure in the simple things. It helps me keep perspective on what's important in life instead of being distracted by too much.

I've always been a less is more kind of girl. Unless you're talking about chocolate. Then MORE is More!

In general, less is more. But occasionally, more is more.

aesthetically speaking, less is probably more. at least for physical tangible things. but for the intangible bring it on: emotion, love, adventure, learning, creativity, compassion. Whew, that was a deep deep question!

I'm going to second Anna's opinion. For 'things' and 'stuff' less is definitely more. too much stuff tends to 'drown' me!
Although for a somewhat introverted person, i feel like when it comes to relationships - esp friendships - less is more too :) i prefer a few close meaningful relationships to a bunch of 'shallow' friendships..

less is more for me...i am a VERY simple person.
I am getting married in 1 week and my theme is "simple romance". I wanted just little votive candles and loose petals for my centerpieces. less is more.
(:

My 'more is more' mentality was totally connected to my eating disorder. When I started recovering last year, I slowly found comfort in simplifying my life, from food to my closets and so on. I now think the 'less is more' mentality is a much kinder, more peaceful way to live.

i think it depends on the situation. i'm less is more when it comes to friends and family. i could not get enough time with boyfriend though so i would definitely have to say definitely more.

hope that makes sense.
