conquering manic mondays.

I've always been a big believer in the whole "getting off on the right foot" thing--especially when it comes to Mondays. Because after a fun, summery weekend, it is just not easy to step back into routine. From lying on the beach to sitting behind a desk? Um, no thanks. (Hence, you know, caffeine.)

But I've found that if I push myself on Mondays--if I get in a good run, eat well, tackle my to-do's, and dive right into my work--then it tends to set the tone for the rest of the week.

It's simple: a good, productive Monday = a good, productive week.

And, of course, if all else fails, there's Plan B: Coffee.

I could not agree more with this post. Poolside at a mansion all weekend = does not want to be behind my desk today. :)

Coffee is the perfect picker-upper. :)

You're such a great inspiration :) I totally agree with starting Mondays off on the right foot. My monday didn't start off like that this week...I'm hoping it will turn around on Tuesday :) (Caffeine in hand, hehe) Thanks for posting! ~Holly

so very, very true! I have the most trouble getting going on mondays, but when I manage to pull myself out of the weekend funk and work out, get organised and stay positive I always have a fantastic week!
