today i believe...

... that watermelon, fresh and ripe and red as a cherry lollipop, is summer. 

... that sitting in the sun with a best friend--talking about love and passions and the unknown--is therapy for the soul.

... that there are worst vices in this world than watching reality tv--so there's no real reason to feel guilty about it; it's an innocent pleasure... right?

... that reading old journals is hilarious and heartwarming and, in a really beautiful and nostalgic way, sort of heartbreaking

... that "ebullience" is one of the best words in the english language. 

... and that there's just something about a cerulean blue sky that instantly inspires contentment.
