a traveler in your own city.

Sometimes, it's up to you to create your own adventure.

Life gets busy, work gets tough, and suddenly all you want to do during your weekend off is, well, nothing

But think of everything you could be doing. Think of everything you would be doing if you were, say, traveling.  And do those things. live like a traveler, even in your own city. Trust me--adventure will come your way.

Having just spent my week's vacation in my own town this past week, I can really relate to this. Its hard not to just do nothing/relax ...sometimes you have to pinch yourself and remind yourself to LIVE!

this made me think of something my family would do. we call them "staycations" where would go &spend time doing things we had never down in our city. It is amazing what you can find out about where you live!
