today i believe...

... that sometimes, as hard as it may be, it's necessary to ask for what you want in order to get it.

... that a good hair day is a very powerful, beautiful thing.

... that lists - of anything, really - manage to make the world (and my mind) a better, more manageable place.

... that little victories are sometimes the best ones.

... that every once in a while, just for the experience, you should take the difficult road - even when the easiest is only a few short steps away.

... that our best lessons come from our hardest moments.

... that a good song sounds even better when you're driving down the highway, windows down, and it's blasting from your car stereo so loudly that it suddenly seems like a soundtrack of the moment.

Laura, this is the PERFECT post for a mother of four! I am finding more and more "i believe" statements in sitting back and enjoying the crazy moments of motherhood. I believe....there is nothing more intoxicating than the sound of a baby giggling.
