stop. breathe.

Sometimes I think we forget to acknowledge all the good that we feel... we let contentment sort of fade into the background and go unnoticed as we focus on getting through the daily grind, but it's important to bring the good into focus. It's important to stop, breathe, recognize what makes us feel alive and be grateful for it.

this is a great post! i think we need to focus on what makes us happy than what is making us sad :) thanks for the reminder!

what's making me happy: my sisters, my lovely friends who i have seen quite a bit of lately {yay!}, november being over, talks of the holidays, and....your blog!! i sure do love reading it :)
